Every church faces frequent “defining moments” which determine their church
health, their value in their community, and their validity in God’s larger purpose in
each generation. We are determined to engage with God at those crossroads and
maximize the potential of those defining moments at Calvary.

“Synergy for Eternity”
(1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12, Ephesians 3:20-21)
Calvary Community Church is a composite of several hundred individuals, all created
and uniquely gifted by God. The tapestry God weaves as He brings us together has
incredible synergistic potential with huge impact for eternity, locally and globally.
We aim to maximize that potential.

God has located Calvary Community Church in Williams Bay, Walworth County
from our inception. Our mandate is to “root the Gospel as deeply as possible in
our county in each generation.”

“WORLD: Boldly Proclaiming the Gospel Anticipating Redemption”
(Romans 1:16 & Colossians 1:13-14)
From our early history, God has burdened Calvary with a global mandate . . .
proclaiming the Gospel cross-culturally, with a high expectation of seeing redemption
occur regularly wherever we bring the Gospel. We celebrate fellow believers
and churches established world-wide!

October 18-19, 2008
“WORLD: Strategically Taking the Gospel to the Least Reached”
(Romans 15:20)
This is MISSIONS CONFERENCE weekend
“Reaching A New World In New Ways” is our ‘08 missions conference theme, which
acknowledges our rapidly changing world and celebrates God’s Sovereign work
empowering missionaries with creative, new means of bringing the Gospel to this
new world. We believe our priority is increasingly the Least Reached people of the world.

October 25-26, 2008
“Pursuing Spiritual Maturity in Christ”
(Ephesians 6:11-16)
We stand confidently on the priority of the Word of God throughout Calvary’s history.
We are committed to spiritual maturity at all age levels as we go forward, recognizing
it is increasingly “counter-culture” with American culture.
